    The first thing I noticed without even viewing the source code is that your URL's aren't optimized. Then a quick glance at the code revealed that you need to start with a comprehensive on-page SEO strategy.

    I would begin with keyword research as the foundation to your on-page SEO strategy. Build out more services pages based on your keyword planning and optimize them accordingly.

    Take care of all this before you even think about doing outreach or blogging. Start with the fundamentals and build your brand from there.
