My Website is in first number on google maps but nowhere in google search results?

Hi Folks,

When i search keyword my website show on first number in google maps.. but no where in google search results(not in 10 pages).. please guide me why and how to fix this issue?

  • Both are different types of metrics so they are different.

    Check your competitors backlinks for what they are ranking in the Google search. And build your link profile according to that.

  • 'Not to worry' is a relative term here. If you can match to your competitors backlinks then everything will be alright otherwise you know the answer.

    And for the fact, backlinks maybe a crucial factor but content also gets count too. So, look into it as well.

    Try to build backlinks on your website. This will rank your website on the serp too but don't expect to rank overnight it may take couple of months good luck
