Have started woking on a website : https://vistrooms.com

Previously, the website hosted a set of URL's which have currently been moved to SUB domain: https://hotels.vistarooms.com

Post migration new set of URL's have been hosted under https://vistrooms.com

However, now when we search for the vistarooms.com , we observe sitelinks from hotels.vistarooms.com appearing.

Please let me know what could be the issue? Its been there for quite sometime now.
