Should i use 2 language on a single site ??

So my main language is arabic and have a decent knowledge in english.
and i want to use that to create a seperate sites with the same content for more
targeting of different countries.
will that work ?

    Definitely, it can work, you can use also a multi-language theme on the same site and instead of managing two sites you can manage only one. The translation needs to have a decent quality (if you do it yourself then it might need some proofreading by native Engligh speaker).
