Keyword Ranking Difference

Hello,
We are observing huge difference in keyword ranking for the keyword "Indian Events in Hong Kong". The keyword appears on 1st page or 2nd page for google.com, google.in, google.co.uk. But when the keyword is searched in Hong Kong on google.com.hk, it doesn't appear in the search results.
Can anyone help out, what might be the problem.
