The best way buddy to land guest posts on blogs where you'd want to guest post ....is to generously help influential bloggers in your niche. Comment genuinely on their blogs. Promote them on your blog. Look for nothing in return.

In time, as you practice writing on your blog, these folks will invite you to guest post on your blog.

This is the way to do it if you want to land on rocking blogs. Def gotta pay your dues but it is well worth the extra visibility and of course, good things take time my friend.
