Hello,

My website represents a directory of mediators, each profile has testimonials, so I implemented tow sort of Markup (Schema/per5son and schema/review) for each profile.

I tried to test the HTML code using W3C; I didn't have any errors, I used also google structured data testing tool and I found my two markups.

Can one please help me understand what I need to do to make them appear in Google search console?

There is nothing you can do to make them appear if you have done everything correctly. Google shows them sometimes and doesn't other times. As far as I know, nobody knows why. If the markup is showing as correct in the Google structured data testing tool, you have probably done all you can. Here's a good article about why it may not be showing up - https://www.searchenginejournal.com/...earing/203720/

Its not under our control, we can only integrate the markup n codings, but showing your markup on google is totally depends on google algorithm....

I've used schema on lots of client sites. From my experience, it usually takes 4-8 weeks for the markup to show up in SERPs - if it shows up at all.

Google has its own tool for testing the schema markup

You can also check the results in Google Search Console under Search Appearance - Structured Data
