Help, Google Changed Their Keyword Tool

Hi,

Im finally taking action on moving forward on an idea friend showed me for making a little bit on Google Adwords with niche sites.

However, i logged into Adwords and its all different. There isnt exact search data, just really broad baskets of 1k-10k or 100k to 1 million in searches. So you could be off by a factor of ten. And they dont give you the average CPC for that word but just a high to low range of the top spot in the ad spots. The information seems so broad and vague now.

What can i use to get this information? I don't mind paying if i have to for a tool but am sceptical if third party tools have real google data?

Thanks guys
Tom

They only show more exact data to paying advertisers.

Like Yukon said, it's been like that for 2 years or so.

Cool, so its been like that for 2 years. But whats the solution? How would you go about getting accurate keyword data... that includes PPC prices?

    Thanks

The CPC prices have never been all that accurate. Just start an ad campaign and choose some max bids. See what happens and make adjustments as you go.

No prices are exactly accurate. Just try running an ad campaign by 'Trial and Error' method.

If you are a paid advertiser you will be able to see more exact data.
