Am I leaking PageRank from my site?

I have an old discussion forum that is well established. Along the top are some tabs with links to old parts of the site, that are effectively not in use.
Back in the day, there used to be PageRank leakage but I am sure things are completely different now.
By having these links at the top, will that reduce the rank of pages on my forum?
