Is there an automated tool to check page authority?

Hi,
I'm fairly new to SEO, but learning. My approach is to get lots of keywords related to a niche and then use the MOZ Bar Extension tool to go through my list of keywords and find any "low hanging fruit" where the page authority is below a certain threshold for the top few results. The plan being i will stand a chance of ranking there.
But there has to be a quicker way than copying and pasting keywords one by one into google and ticking them off. I've spent over an hour just copy and pasting and not found one long tail keyword that looks remotely competitive.
I assume people have invented some software to check multiple keywords automatically?
I know there's no such thing as a sure thing etc etc but got to start somewhere in your competition analysis.
