What's more important PA(Page Authority) Vs DA(Domain Authority)?

I have read many articles and I found a DA is powerful than PA cause Page Authority only shows the power of particular page or DA is the overall authority of a domain, but after some time I noticed that DA is not powerful than PA. The reason behind is that cause I have 30+ backlinks from above DA-80 and PR-7+ but still not getting a traffic.
If anyone can clear my doubts please help me to clear my doubts.

    Neither metric is used by search engines. PA and DA are made-up scores by MOZ and their best guesses as to how search engines might see websites and web pages.

    yep; neither are important as no search engine uses them as a ranking metric in their algorithms
