Low competition for High vs Low Keyword volume count?

i am confused but i have my blogs!

if i find low competition and 20 keywords volume per month or
low competition and 100 to 500 volume keywords per month?

if i choosed 20 volume then it will come traffic 20 visitor per month?

better 10 to 20 volume or above 100 volume? you experienced before?

advice me?

  • Personally, I wouldn't waste my time optimizing around any phrase that got less than 300 searches per month. That's 10 per day and even if you rank #1, only 3 or 4 of those 10 will click on your listing. If you figure an average conversion rate of 2%, you'll get about one conversion per month for that 300/month search phrase IF you get to #1.
