Hi everyone,

For discovering new websites and backlinks I started a new strategy maybe some of you had already did. My strategy is this;

1. Download Alexa Top 1 Million Domains
2. Crawl 1 million domains and get info about what technology is used such as (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, or other Forums)
3. Scrape Wordpress Blogs and store the contents info such as (title, url, word count, image count, html/text ratio) in a database and check how many of them have Guestbook (Currently I have 6M contents)
4. Get Semrush ranks of these domains so that which domains should I get backlinks from
5. Check profile pages of domains that used forums to split which forums let google index profile pages.
6. Check all registrable domains and store homepage in database.

As I store all metrics in database and using Elastic Search technology, I can easily search and decide that which domains are relative and powerful for my niche.

I believe getting links from these domains will be more efficient and kindly strategy.
Do you agree with me? or do you have any ideas I appreciate

So you're doing all this work so that you can build a bunch of profile links?

    Good luck with that.

Sounds like you are going on the hard way.
Try to find a simple way to do it, it will save you a lot of trouble and
    time.

Seems like a bit of work. But I recommend you see it through. It will give you great experience sorting through prospects.

We used to do that with sites like CNN and Fox News. We'd scan the entire site for all outbound links and then compile the domains to see which of them were expired. Then we'd take a look at all the metrics and register the sites with the best traffic and set them up as PBN's. The good old days of black hat.

I would use this strategy but instead look for guest posting opportunities - not forum links or profile links. That is a waste of time/

I would strip steps 3 and 5 and replace with scrape for "writers wante" "contribute" "write for us" etc., and build high quality inner page article links that way

Sounds good but it very hard to go with it, it will consume more time to get backinks.

I start a new way, Everyday I find out my niche related low DR authority website and search the websites all authority using Ahrefs. And I sort out 2 /3 website for free guest posting website from the list. It is very easier way.

seems like a working way, but as it was said, you can spend all this time creating content which will attract much more useful links than ones from forums and blogs.
