You first need to select some targeted keywords that you'd like to rank for. Those keywords should have a healthy monthly search volume. Once you choose your keywords, you need to start optimizing your site (on page) for your targeted keywords. Once you optimize your site, you need to start building backlinks.

For ideas about what topics to cover, you can look at other popular websites in your niche to get an idea. Also, use a keyword tool finder to see which terms are highly searched in the online privacy niche, and base your topics off of those findings.

Apparently, it doesn't matter how accurate this number is. The sheer magnitude of it is still intimidating. Especially for someone only starting to rank their site.

But here is the catch. Not all those factors are equally important. Some are indeed must haves, but others might not make much of a difference in your market. Many you don't even have much direct influence on.

wow, 3 months, i don't know why you're asking for a miracle. Your site will have traffic if you have useful content people want to visit your site for and you have an effective marketing strategy.

There really are no shortcuts anymore.

It can take years to build a significant blog following. If you are looking to use organic search traffic as your main source of "clicks" - then learning SEO is a big part of what you should do. This means targeting specific keywords with high search volumes, fixing your on-page SEO and building high authority backlinks on high domain authority websites with high trust factor etc.,

But more and more, it's a far better strategy to utilise the power of social media. Consider building a strong social media following - on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter - this toipic in itself is too big to go into right now. But with a large social media following, you have a dedicated audience who will also share articles you publish on your website and links going to your website thereby naturally inscreasing your SEO.

you need to work on both on-page and off-page seo. Off page would definitely give you high back links and On page Seo help to rank you page on particular keywords.

Traffic for new websites will be less. That is a Google way of keeping searchers safe. You need to have some web presence before Google start trusting you.
