If a site goes viral, it can get 1000's of links a day. Search engines don't penalize them for that.

If you are trying to create backlinks to your site, I would suggest you not to use any GSA software or even money robot to be precise.

If Google finds out something suspicious about your site, they will disavow it forever and you might not get your website indexed on Google ever again.
