I tried optimizing a few of my WordPress blogs with Google PageSpeed Optimization tools but the results are quite unpredictable. I do something as per Google's recommendation but hardly anything changes. The same thing works on one blog but not on another blog. I use the same theme and plugins in all the blogs. Can somebody recommend a few plugins which will sort out all the problems related to Google PageSpeed optimization?

    WP Fastest Cache
    W3 Total Cache
    WP Super Minify

    WP Smush

Those plug ins can def help. I'd suggest getting a CDN too. Big time difference with my blog when I went the CDN route. If you really want to ramp things up consider changing hosts, or if you have a budget to work with a VPS. But minimum, consider that CDN. Pretty cheap - 10 USD a month - and the performance difference is fabulous for me.

Use Cache plugins on your site. It may cause some issues when you make update the site, but it improves speed/loading time.

Cache Plugin? Is it a name of a plugin?
