Is there any tool here which can provide me the facility to start new sitemap from where I ended up in my last sitemap.

    Hello using the free online tools you can generate only 500 links for a single sitemap and so if you want to generate sitemap for more than 500 links then you have to do it manually only because tools doesn't analyze where the last URL was left and at which URL they have to start it again.

    • Multiple sitemaps could be generated through Yoast Plugin. I prefer Yoast Plugin because it makes a job more effective and resultative. Yoast Plugin will help you manually generate a sitemap, including or excluding some pages from it. Yoast Premium will give you much more opportunities in terms of Keywords search, Sitemap peculiarities, Automatic redirect.

    Create the multiple sitemaps for your website and you can use Sitemap index to submit your all sitemaps at once for the crawling. SItemap index is the parent tag of all the sitemaps.

    The format of the sitemap index is-

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <sitemapindex xmlns="http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9">
    <sitemap>
    <loc>http://www.example.com/sitemap1.xml.gz</loc>
    <lastmod>2004-10-01T18:23:17+00:00</lastmod>
    </sitemap>
    <sitemap>
    <loc>http://www.example.com/sitemap2.xml.gz</loc>
    <lastmod>2005-01-01</lastmod>
    </sitemap>
    </sitemapindex>

    Try this format and resolve your issue of indexing multiple sitemaps.

    Is it a custom application development or any CMS framework used? If it WordPress then we can use free plugins like toast SEO, all in one slider etc., Using which we can customize the sitemaps as per pages, posts, categories, tags, meta tags etc.,
