My site ranked well for certain keywords in particular countries. It ranked well till yesterday. Today it's totally disappeared.
It couldn't be accessed with 'www' prefix before and I made some changes in wordpress URL and now its accessible with 'www' prefix. Could this be the reason by any chance?

Google could have de-indexed your site for a day or two. Use the search operator "site:" with your site after it and see if it is still indexed. If it is not, then wait a day or two - if it is still not there then check in search console for any messages.

You may want to change back whatever it is you changed as your rankings may change as well.

You should connect with your hosting company and have a talk with them. If you made some changes in Yoast you can have problems with a copy edition of the website. In this case, you need to choose the canonical edition of the website. Otherwise, traffic will spread on both of them, which arising in lack of traffic to the main edition. My recommendation to find out all the details with hosting to avoid additional issues.
