Just found out several spammy domains are linking back to our site. When contacted admin of one of this website, he said his website only displays content posted on one reputed site. So if I want my link to be removed from this spammy site, I have to remove it from that other reputed website. I have submitted these spammy links in webmaster to disavow them. But so far no action has been taken. What to do now?

There is nothing else to do. You submitted them to the Disavow Tool. You are done. Google may decide to ignore them or they may not. You will never know for sure.

Makes sense. But do you think it would be wise to remove my link from that good website so all other bad links will also get removed eventually?
