sending backlinks to [no-follow] tier 1 properties

Has anyone ever experimented with sending backlinks to no-follow tier 1 properties?
EG: sending backlinks to twitter page, fb page, IG, etc..
I'm guessing sending backlinks to those properties will make them more valuable in the eyes of google. But, there will be no "link juice" passed over.
But my assumption is that having a valuable high PA property gives another signal to google which they count as a ranking factor. Like instead of 'link juice' i get 'authority account' and then receive some sort of rank boost from that aspect.
But, that's just an assumption, i'm doing so much to know if that would affect my SEO efforts. But im wondering if any of you have experience doing this?
