Usage of crisis keywords?

Guys, I just read an article on crisis kw's but can use some help understanding it please.
The example given is for "acne" products so "get rid of acne now" is the recommended kw which makes for a good call to action title I am thinking "when people see your ad" but how many people will actually type that versus like "acne prevention tips" or how to get rid of acne e.t.c.
So would it be wise to use "get rid of acne now" as your title or focus kw please?
