Actually content publish on the WordPress is not enough to get lots traffic on a website, here need to do some activities like on page optimization, in off page: guest post, social share, video submission on youtube, PPC can be helpful to get lots of traffic to a website.

Try to connect your precious content with social media also. Of course social media is a helpful platform to gather audience to your website blog. In case you want results more quick than I'll suggest you to invest in paid promotions. By investing in paid advertising properly you can broadcast your website across multiple platforms and also can gather great number of audience for your site.

SEMRush is showing that there is only one live dofollow link to this website and it is comment link spam.

In other words, you do not have a single backlink of any value that would ever help this website rank.

Try to focus on On page and Off page SEO.
1. Improve your landing pages.
2. Add Call-to-action button in your website
3. Try to generate high quality do follow links
4. Focus on high domain authority sites which will give u do follow backlinks
5. Promote you content in social media like linkedin,facebook.
6. Do guest post in high domain authority sites according to your niche.
7. Join Quora,yahoo.

A few things Mujeer that are leading to your struggles:

So my website is www.TechsTribe.com (simple website) and I started in like 1 years ago:

- 1 year is not a long time at all, but in addition, you've made 2 big mistakes....

but haven't really done a lot in order to get it off the ground.

- you haven't taken generous, intelligent, persistent action to succeed, so you will struggle.

It is a self help website for men.

- www.TechsTribe.com is a tech website buddy. I would never visit that domain name and think it's a guy's website; this means you are confusing your readers who leave your site immediately.

You could write 40,000 posts and you will struggle.

#1 - If you want to publish a man's site, buy a domain name reflecting a man's site. Align and shine.

#2 - Create helpful blog posts related to that niche.

#3 - Build bonds with other men's site bloggers, helping them out without asking anything in return.

Your site is awful. The content reads like total garbage. Even if you had worked hard on it, the site does not deserve to get traffic. If someone found it by accident, they would immediately run away.

Forget the stupid SEO tips people left in this thread. They won't help. I would tear it down and start over, but next time hire someone that can actually read and write English.

I didn't even look at the site. I immediately looked up the backlinks when the OP said they had "a lot of follow and nofollow" (links, I presume). Now you scared me off and I don't dare go look at the site!

Arghhhh!!! I couldn't resist. It's like telling me there is wet paint; I have to touch it!

Yeah, that might be about the worst copy I have ever read. You could randomly generate words and have sentences that made at least as much sense.

The other thing I couldn't help notice is that it is the Seinfeld show of websites - a website about nothing. It's certainly not about men's issues!
