PPC (adwords) question (advice.)

I got a 100-200 quid to spend in adwords but I obviously don't want to burn it all in one go and I don't want it to go to waste. The reason why I want to try it is because... simply I never used it and I think it would be interesting and potentially very good but I am at a brick wall right now... I need help since I am new to it but quite frankly I don't know what products to trust and which ones are just flat out crap.

So any advice on products, any advice in general on PPC, I would greatly appreciate it

    Hey,
Have you learned the basics of adwords yet? I personally would not jump straight into Adwords if you do not have an idea because that £200 will vanish and the worst thing about it you will not see any results from it! Personally I would take a chunk of that money and go spend it on The Definitive Guide To Adwords by Perry Marshall and take it step by step. Because what are you going to do when that money runs out?

I'm writing such a book now. Marshall doesn't go deeply into this (I admit my copy is old so I don't know if newer versions do). Hope to have it ready within a week or two. PM me and I'll let you know when it's ready.

Ahh you didn't mention that well first off you need to find yourself a product, Personal research is the make or break of any campaign even before it has started. Then once you have your product then it is all about testing which Ads work best for you and give the best conversion

    Focus on the end result.

Doesn't seem like you have an actual plan other than to spend a couple hundred bucks
    trying to figure it out.

That's all fine and dandy, but you should FIRST figure out what you want out of this.

Do you want to promote a product as an affiliate?

Do you want to promote your own product?

Do you have a website? A landing page?

Do you want to just see if you get any traffic just to see if you can get traffic?

Do you want to turn a profit? Break even? etc.

Do you see what I'm getting at?
