Our site has reviews section but only some of our reviews are getting crawled. How to make sure every reviews get crawled?

This is how the code looks like

<!-- ratings and review start -->
<div id="userReviews" class="reviews_feedback_outer_container none">
<div class="reviews_feedback_inner_container">
<div class="rating_user_heading">User Reviews</div>
<div id="csatStats"></div>
<div class="spacer_6"></div>
<div id="csatReviews"></div>
<input type="hidden" name="totalReviewPages" id="totalReviewPages" value="1">
<div class="reviews_ink"><a href="JavaScript:void(0);" class="secondary_link" onclick="getCsatStats('list');">View More</a></div>
</div>
</div>
<!-- ratings and review end -->
#crawlable #make #reviews

    How do you know that a page has not been crawled? As far as I know, there is no way at all to know that. If it can be navigated to, chances are, it has been or will be crawled.

    Now, there's no guarantee it will be indexed, which is another thing entirely.

    Content that consumers leave on an ecommerce site can improve the site's search engine optimization, if the platforms and underlying code are set up optimally. Ratings, reviews and comments each play a part in SEO, utilizing the words and opinions that real shoppers voice to strengthen optimization.

    As per my knowledge every comment, especially in an e-commerce website the comment of every consumer are being crawled because in that way SERP gives the results on search. But the service provider website comments are important too in the ranking part, especially in business upgrowth.

      I will assume you mean Internet Service Provider or ISP and if so, I never ever
      saw in my 25+ years of Internet life any ISP would commenting on anything
      related to sites they are providing services. Why would they?

      Care to explain?
