Few days ago, I had submitted my site into some directories. Today, just I am shocked. Some of the directories are create 200/300 links of my site with one anchor text. I couldn't find any way to remove my links from them. Because, they don't remove link before 1 year. Is there any way to remove link without requesting directory owners. Plz, help me.

Digging up webmaster's contact information and asking them to remove the links you put to their site (well, most likely) can be a daunting task. Some SEO outsource it on Fiverr or Odesk. Alternatively, you can use a link management tool that has a built-in email client (for instance, LinkAssistant) to have better control of which person you email about which links.

I'm not really grasping, what this is all about.
Can you provide more details, some example?

Pull the list of backlinks from Google then use Google Search Console to disavow these links. Its a good thing you took notice of this. Having hundreds of backlinks from one domain typically looks spammy from Google.

I also suggest you observe your rankings. If it isn't directly affected, then I don't think you should worry about them and keep your backlinks from these directories. But, if you notice your rankings going down, pull them out as you can be penalized by Google from spam backlinks.

You should definitely check out SEMrush or Ahref Tool for this. Using these tools you can easily create a list of URL giving bad backlinks to you. Then create a disavow file of the of those URL's. Then go to Google Search Console and head to Google's Disavow Tool. Upload this disavow file to this tool. Leave the rest to google. It'll disavpow all thise bad url's giving bad backlinks to you.

Use any of the major tools like Ahrefs etc to create a list of bad backlinks. compile these links into a disavow file (txt file) and upload this into Google's Search Console's Disavow tool.
Wait for a couple of weeks and you'll be fine!

I'm sorry, but why is this a bad thing? I'm not sure that this is considered as spam.

I always submit my own or my clients' websites to directories and sometimes I get hundreds of backlinks from a single domain. This happens eg. because some directories have a sidebar or footer widget with the latest submitted links, which is placed on every page of the website.

The same happens when you have a widget on your website with useful links or you place your signature on a client's website at the bottom of the page.

I choose the directories very carefully (check metrics, spam score etc) and haven't seen any negative impact in rankings yet.

Of course, you can disavow the backlinks in webmaster tools, if the admin does not respond or refuses to remove your link, but be sure first, that this is the best option.

Maybe someone more experienced can help us here, I would be very interested, too.

Creating too much backlink with same anchor text in same website is spam... sometimes google gives penalty for this reason.

Relax. You don't need to have the link removed.

As someone else mentioned, this is pretty common. A lot of directories have some sort of "most recent entries" widget running. Google, or whatever tool you are using to check links, just happened to crawl a chunk of the directory site when your site was showing up in that widget. It made it look like your link was on hundreds of pages.

As new entries are added, you will get bumped out of the widget and everything will be fine.

      Hire to do what?
We have everyday some "SEO Pros" asking us to remove their clients sites
from our directory index for as long as G. started hassle sites owners demanding
removal of "bad links" from not related sites by offering totally useless Disavow Tool.

The answer is always "Get lost" or pay for time it took for our editors to review site.
If you guessed they would get lost and never come back, you just won jackpot.
