Cheap Hosting For PBN's - How to Find??

Hi guys,
I want to build a pbn of expired domains which I buy out of register compass. the problem is that hosting is expensive. hosting is costing about $7 a month per website.
I wanted to know if you knew how to find cheap hosting to build pbns.
I mean imagine. 100 purchased domains is $700 a month in hosting.
I know that for pbns you need to have them at different registrars and under different class ips.
Has anyone ever solved this problem? possibly having your own server at home where you host your own sites and have some sort of machinery that provides different IPs per website? not sure.
any suggestions on this?
