Want traffic from Bangladesh or USA

Actually I am facing one of the issue that all the traffic come from the India as I am from India. But client want users from Bnagladesh and USA. What to do any help

    Probably because site and you are located in India and because google is serving
    information based on IP address, that might reflect who are beneficiary of SERP

    Google Webmaster Tools - There's an option to select your country (for your site), but you can't target both USA and Bangla, only one, unless you set it to global (where Google decides for you - so you'll likely get India)

    You should make good quality of back link form Higher Authority of site which has maximum visitor from USA.
    So how you check it???
    You should check it https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo
    Where you can see Alexa rank along with other data.
    You just put a URL on that place and get that URL traffic source.

    In this case i think PPC and facebook ad is very much effective to bring more traffic, and beside it linkedin is another platform for bring more traffic but here need to pay more.
