I'm used to tracking keywords in SEMRush. And tracking KPIs in Google Analytics.
But I've never tracked everything in a spreadsheet.
I'm wondering A) Should I have a master spreadsheet with KPIs and changes that is updated, say, weekly and B) How do I do that?
I'd also like to know the best way to track optimizations made so that I know when I increase in rankings for a specific keyword it was because of an optimization I made on said date.
I'm going to figure this out on my own but it's a lot to take on so some help from a seasoned vet would be much appreciated!
Just a basic overview of how you track your campaigns, regardless of what I've written above, would be an amazing relief.
