Less content for mobile & Indexing

Hi,
We have a site with pretty long articles (3k-5k words + images etc').
In order to make it load faster for our mobile users, we are thinking about loading just a little at first and the rest (with Ajax) when the user scrolls down - only on mobile.
So the initial loading will be very fast and we only load more content to users that are interested.
But - we want to make sure that search engines are indexing all the page's content and not just that content from the initial load.
Any recommendations on how to set this up on our site?
