Hi Guys,

I have two goraticles up. one is 6 days old and the other is 5 days old and neithr are indexed. the 6 day old one showed on google for a brief amount of time and is no longer there. I would have tried to build a few links to them just to get them indexed, but I figured they would get indexed automatically and quickly since they were on goarticles.com

How long does it usually take those articles to get indexed?

not if you point links to it

people these days are lazy when it comes to article marketing, or for seo, they dont bother building the authority of that article by pointing links to it. 99% of those who do article marketing are doing it all wrong.

point links to the newly approved article and make it an authority article, you'll rank higher!

The fastest indexing I experienced with GoArticles was about 7 HOURS after I submitted the article to GA. That was when I bookmarked the article and pointed about 30 backlinks to my GoArticles immediately after submitting it. The slowest was 12 DAYS. That was when I did nothing to my article.

Yeah, This is supposed to be a solid money making article, So I certainly am building links. I built about 200 links to it... but google won't find those links until it finds the article itself (the article is gonna lead G to find hundreds of backlinks).. actually BLW is already showing 5 backlinks to the article and it's still not indexed.

So this I don't understand... backlinks to my article are already showing, but it's not indexed... I guess the spiders record backlinks right away but may take longer to index.

I've noticed that Googel indexes the article pretty much straightaway but it takes about 7-10 days before they apply any sort of effect on your site. Don't know why but this is what I've experienced!

When I start a new account and submit a few articles then submit the RSS feed I get indexed in less than 2 days but on the older accounts it appears to take forever, sometimes to the point where I've forgotten all about the article.

At the moment I'm testing this stuff with an older account to see if I can find ways to get indexed faster. If you want to PM me in about a week from now I could answer this more specifically.

hey fellas that's why you not only submit them but also bookmark them and link them to other articles you wrote and also to your domain. That way when one indexes it usually follows another article.

I have noticed this too recently, to be honest, it really depends upon for keyword selection, some of my recent articles in very small niches are indexed and ranking within 1 hour (again very small, local niches) yet as soon as I think I can go after a medium sized niche, it will take a week or more for the article to be indexed.

I would recommend before you use GoArticles for a niche, search Google for your keyword and include "inurl:goarticles.com" if you have even two results, pick another article directory or press release site, that's what has worked for me in the past month or so.

What works for me is to social bookmark your articles and point a link from twitter as well. (hint: bing.com will be showing tweets in their search results and Google is following soon!)
Also submit your RSS feed to RSS directories.

My articles will usually get indexed the same day after approval.

Are you talking about EZA though? I hear they get indexed much faster. Yeah I social bookmarked, the digg bookmark was actually indexed a few days ago and the article itself still isn't showing when I do a inurl:urlhere search
