Advice Wanted: Brand Expansion, new vs. exisiting site

I manage a network of healthcare facilities throughout Massachusetts. I have a single, comprehensive corporate website with sections for each facility. Each of the facilities has its own GMB page. If I were to expand to a far reaching geography and open a facility in Wisconsin, say, would I be better served from an SEO perspective to fold that location in the corporate site or create a wholly new website for that facility? Wrestling with this and would love some solid advice.
