After performing a Keyword Gap Analysis, what's next?

Hello Warriors,

Please excuse my ignorance but can you please guide me if it's okay. After you conduct a keyword gap analysis, what's the next thing you normally do? What recommendations do you have?

  • The next step would be to assess whether the keywords that you are missing are ones that are worth going after. Are they pertinent to your audience? Will they be easy enough to rank for? Are there enough searches to make it worth your time?

    If the answer to all three of those things is "yes", you need to either create a new page/pages around the keyword phrase/phrases you want to target and/or tweak existing pages, optimizing them for the phrase/phrases.
