Have recent Google changes become more location specific (globally)?

We are Australian but most business comes from the US (where we have an office). We also have an office in London. Our top keywords have dropped a little in both those locations but performance of our Australian keywords has rocketed - they're suddenly all on page 1.
Our website is hosted on AWS in Boardman, Oregon. We make a point of pushing our US address.
Has anyone else noticed anything similar?
