Hello everyone!
i am going to buy tool for CPP advertising , i want to know my compititior strategy and there keywords.
Which tool is best for me? SEMRush or Ahref?

Both tools are having the best features to analyze the competitor's site performance, backlinks, and link building strategies. But I will suggest to go for SEMrush. You can use the SEMrush tool for free version with no cost. But Ahref tool is 7$ for 7day trial.

I have been using both SEMRush and AHREF for our SEO as well as PPC clients n and both delivers good comprehensive analysis on keywords and competitors. SEMrush delivers best results for keyword research, content ideas while AHREF is the best when it comes to find the competitor's backlinks. Ahref also has a feature that provides content ideas. Pricing of both the tools has fraction of difference.

If the OP meant CPC advertising (not sure what CPP is) SEMrush and AHREFs are probably not the best tools. You'd be better off going with something like Keyword Spy.

AHREFs and SEMrush would be better for organic research and spying on your competitors' organic strategies.

Would recommend AHREFs by far: this is the only tool you would ever need for SEO. Not only does it provide an invaluable SEO tool, but the keyword discovery is plain amazing: way better than the Adwords built-in keyword discovery tool. Definitely worth the $100 monthly I pay.

SemRush gives you exactly data for competitors advertising and you can see historical data as well. If you are targeting search terms and keywords, then you can have details of competitors organic keywords in Ahrefs.

I would actually recommend that you go with SpyFu for Competitor Research in general, and a free version of SemRush, to start with.

Ahrefs has one time cheap trial at $7 for 7 days, but after that its just too expensive to recommend it to someone starting out and unsure of what to do at $1000/yr.

I've known large number of people who invest serious money into all sorts of tools right at beginning, but never really use enough of them to justify expense. That money is far better used on other things, like more ad campaigns.

Both Ahrefs and SEMrush have pros and cons.SEMrush is the best for keyword research, content ideas and Ahrefs is the best when it comes to find the backlinks.

I suggest you to use SemRush for your competitors data analysis and can see historical data as well.
If you want keywords and backlinks analysis, you can have this all research data in Ahrefs. You can also find competitors organic ranking keywords.

Both the tools are helpful . Ahrefs helps in keyword Analysis along with allied inputs whereas Semrush helps for website audits to get overall health of your website.

Both tools are best. In ahref tool is better for backlink analysis and semrush tool better for competitor analysis. Ahref tool not a free version available as compare SEMRush free trial version available. as per my own opinion SEMrush is better.

There are some SEO service companies that will allow you to use both for free. Need to give up your email and it would be nice to avail yourself of their services (in some case less expensive than the monthly fees charged by Ahrefs, etc.). Still, not mandatory. Good business. The hope is you will hire them one day.

For advertising, I would suggest going for SpyFu instead of Semrush or Ahrefs.
That tool can show you the adsets and keywords they are focusing.

I think having used both ahrefs is the better of the two. It is updated more and constantly evolving with new features etc....although not cheap unfortunately
