We have installed two plugins( for clear cache and minified CSS/JS) to speed up our website.
But we are facing the following problems on our website:
1. If we made any changes in our website such as links, text, pictures or design won't be visible until the cache is cleared out.
2. Sometimes our web page not redirected from Non-trailing slash to Trailing slash and ect.,

Is it affect our SEO ranking?

No it wont affect much since the plugins clear cache on its own in a specified time and rankings do not have effects due to a single downtime or so.

This will be that you don't have minified CSS and Javascript configured properly. Which plugins are you using?

Thank you for the reply. We are using the both W3 Total Cache(version0.9.7.2) and WP Fastest Cache(version 0.8.9.1) plugins.

Note:Running two cache plugins at same time.

This is because before clearing the cache, your website is running with cache and after flushing it, the actual things reflacts.
This is a very big issue with Wordpress and these plugins, better to ask to developer to look into this issue and do some customization.
I remember, one of our client's website (caletahotel.com) was entirely running from cache data from more than 6 months and while cleared the cache, the website was become worst in terms of UI & UX and functionality wise.
