i get this in my keyword info no matter what i do:

The keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads.
There are several possible reasons your ad isn't showing for this keyword, such as:

You just added the keyword to your campaign. You may experience a short wait as your keyword goes through the review process.

Our server is experiencing a delay.

My quality score is OK 7/10

my daily budget is $100 per ad
my bid is $1.30
there are other people bidding on adwords for all the keywords i am using ???

i set this up yesterday and it is still the same...

dont worry, your account is in a review phase. since your account is new, google checks to make sure things are ok. its a review process they have put many of my accounts through and yes it can be very frustrating. i can assure its normal. you can try to contact them, but most likely they will tell u that they need to forward to a technical team member. the hold/review phase usually doesnt last too long, sometimes as lil as a couple of hours. if they dont respond within a day, i would contact them to push them to approve.

i thought u said you set this up yesterday. hmm, if youve had this account running stable for a year and the same ads are now having this issue, then your domain may have been slapped? dont mean to alarm you, but that could be the worst case. it could also be a technical issue on their end. in my experiences with uk adwords support, they tend to be slower than us. yea go ahead and contact them, it wouldnt hurt to do that. so none of your ads are running, and they were running fine for a year before?

    good luck.

you might want to check the keyword again, does it actually have seasonal search volume for this month. do your ads contain the keyword, does your title tag, description tag, keyword tag have this keyword you are seeking to bid on, does your body content contain it, does your ad content be found on your website? if no to one of those, then that's your prob.

Sarah, I am experiencing the same problem as you. It's been 2 days. It still says This keyword isn't triggering any of your ads. Nothing more.
The Budge is OK. Google says it's enough.
The QS is around 9/10, I don't know what to do now.
I just start this account for two months.
I have contact Google and got no respond yet.
Anyone can tell me what am I supposed to do? Thank you!!!

There's a few reasons why your keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads:

    1. Your bid is too low. This happens when someone else is also bidding the same keyword phrase as you and are sending to the same url. I experience this when sending traffic to amazon website directly. To solve this, change the url to your own website.

    2. You are sending traffic to p2p websites. Google is now forbidding ppc traffic to go to p2p websites and if you do this repeatedly, you account will be banned.

Now this is also happening to me...

I've had a couple of campaigns running for 2-3 months perfectly fine.

Ads have a QS 8/10 , have boosted the way high, upped the daily budget, and nothing.

I've had ads rejected for QS or Wrong URL, and it says in the magnifying glass.

However, this time it doesn't say anything about that... in fact QS is "Excellent"

What really kicks me is that they are campaigns netting me about $300 per day... well, at least until Tuesday

      Any idea?

      This started yesterday

      Thanks!

    I solved it.

I sent a support request through my adwords account demanding to get personal attention and not canned answers, and after that I called on the phone and talked with a google rep so that he could look into the issue.

After about 40 minutes or so, he said it was already assigned to a "specialist"

Called back next day, spoke with another rep and basically did the same thing for about 20 minutes.

And in the afternoon, I got a mail from google saying that my account was already displaying ads.

I know this might not be a blueprint or anything, and might not work for you, but if you are as desperate as I was, just give it a try... and hopefully it will work for you too.

    Cheers!

I have the same problem with my google keyword tracker site - Keyword Tracking - Google Keyword Ranking Tool - Tiny Keyword Tracker - the ads are not showing for days now...

      ...and I can't contact Google -
how do you reach them ?
      any phone number ?

are they so afraid of us that they need to hide from their customers?

      frustrating!

I appear to have the same problem. Can anyone recommend a phone number (perhaps a freephone alternative?) that would be best for contacting them?

All my quality scores are 9 or 10 (save one which is a lowly 7), and it's been 72 hours since I've started my latest campaign. All "active", with no disapproved ads or similar.

I am also having this irritating issue.

I tried to contact google just now but it is after office hours so I'll try tomorrow.

      I used this number 1 650-253-0000

I think you have to press 0 to speak to someone because if you follow the regular prompts you get a message that says...

"we're Google and too busy to talk to you losers about customer and technical support issues. Your problems are not our problems." (my paraphrase)

Anyway, sorry about the negativity, just a joke I'll let yalls know if I get the solution taken care of - peace!

    Google Contact Info:

    1. Main phone number - (650) 253-0000, you can press “5″ for Customer Service or Tech Support (I pressed 0 to speak with a rep but never got through after over an hour and a half of waiting)

    2. Google Adwords Advertising - (866) 246-6453 If you call this number, they say Adwords won't help you but you can always email Adwords team in the google help center.

They literally said "google does not offer live support at this time".

Not sure what I'm gonna do yet but I need to get my account unsuspended.

I've had this problem for a few months, I've read through forums and found peeps with the same problem. Turns out, my PPC strategy was fine but my account was suspended for promoting crappy clickbank products. Google has received complaints about some of the sites and have now blocked the majority of Forex products and apparently other clickbank products as well. Here's my e-mail I received from Google:

    Hello Ryan,

I apologize for the delayed response. Google AdWords is experiencing rapid growth. We're doing our best to respond to all email requests within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your email. I understand your concern over your ads not running. I looked into your account and confirm that your account has been suspended for policy issues.

I've researched why your account was disabled, and found that this action was taken for the following reasons:

o The URLs cited for a very poor-quality landing page experience are:
    fapturbo.com
    forex-megadroid.com

o The account was disabled because these URL's are in violation of our Get Rich Quick Policy.

In response to multiple complaints received from users and publishers about this category of ads, our policies no longer allow sites that promote low-quality affiliate advertisements, the sale of free items, and other business models about which we have received multiple complaints. At this time, it is Google's policy to not accept ads that make unverifiable, misleading claims about income opportunities for low risk and minimal effort.

As you know, we are committed to making the AdWords experience safe and effective for our users and our advertisers. We disabled your AdWords account after a review of your landing page quality evaluations because we believe that this kind of poor-quality site creates a seriously negative or possibly harmful user experience.

The decision to disable your AdWords account was not taken lightly, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

In the meantime, you can find links to additional information about our advertising policies and landing page guidelines below:

    Sincerely,

    Aishani

    hi Sarah,
I agree with Semie and I think that unfortunately your account may be under review/slapped. That's what happen to mine, running fine for 2-3 years then out the blue!
If you manage to sort it out then my advice would be not to change ANYTHING if it's running ok. Otherwise when you change something it gives Google reason to review your account and may slap it sorry
    hope you get it sorted
