    This question scares me. Normally the people who "need" to do an SEO audit are people who work for SEO companies or are putting themselves out there as an SEO expert.

    Based on your question my advice would be to keep it short. The more information you present the more you'll have to explain & if you don't know where to start you definitely wanna be easy with the details...

    If you feel good about closing the sale I'd say go to fiverr and pay 5$ to have it done for you.
