Request help to improve site rank

Hi all friends who specialize in SEO, I ask for help and support from all of you. I have a website that was Google's link before the new Google Gadget, but now it's gone to Google's 10th page. And while all the SEO rules are in place, but I do not know what's wrong, please guide me how to fix this problem.

    You should run a site speed test to identify the problem because It could be several things hindering your rankings . So run a site test . How old is your site ? Do you have good hosting ?

    You need to check out with your website's DA and PA. If your website's DA and PA was gone down then improve it on priority by building quality backlinks. it will help you to improve your website ranking on Google.

      Care to explain WTF DA and PA have to do with improving rankings in Google? They are not even metrics that Google uses.
