Google's "Search Diversity Change"

Google announced that it will (in most cases) no longer show multiple results from the same website. They are calling it their "Search Diversity Change."
It will affect my main website but not much. I often get multiple results on page one but almost never in the top 3-5 spots at the same time. A second or third result will almost always be farther down and rarely clicked on.
Apparently in some rare cases they will still do it if it seems appropriate.
