Tools to combine millions of words for SEO or PPC.

Does anyone know any professional tools to combine words such as the one on Google's Keyword Planner or MergeWords? I'd like to combine some keyword patterns such as buy [brand] [product_type] with millions of brands and product types.

    Seriously folks, this is not that hard. The OP asked about combining words with the ones found in Google Keyword Planner.

    Pull up the recommendations in Keyword Planner and click the link to download the list as a CSV. Then, open the file in Excel or OpenWord Calc and add a column along with the CONCATENATE function to combine each of those words you'd like added with the ones KeyWord Planer provided.

    If you do not know how to use CONCATENATE, look it up.
