I have some online videos and wana optimize them, specially on Youtube, what strategy should I use? where to post where to get traffic? where to analyze?

    I don't know what you mean by analyze and optimize. But the way I use videos is to put my website url at the bottom of the video, and in the information box. Then I upload to Youtube and a few other video sites with the free service called Tubemogul.

    put in proper keywords, tags and submit in good sites such as google video, dailymotion, myspace video and many others to draw traffic to your site.

    Get other people to embed your videos on their site, engage with the YouTube community, use keyword-rich titles, descriptions and tags. For analyzing, YouTube's built in analytics is a great place to start. If you are uploading to multiple sites using TubeMogul, they also offer pretty detailed analytics.

    To see how much traffic your videos are sending to your website or landing page, you should install Google Analytics.
