Imported reviews vs Google search policy

Hello warriors
Is imported rich snippet reviews will ban webpages from the google search result ?
I mean there's lotof ways to import reviews and comments from other webpages and implant them in yours, is that considred as an illegal way to improve the rich snippet & microdata scheme to Google policy ?
I tried to search about that on google but i didn't found what i need to know so is there any one or SEO expert can explain about that point ? Thank you all

    There is not such a thing as illegal on Internet only ethical or not.

    If you wanna to use somebody else stuff, you can but...
    pay proper attributes to content owner by pointing where it comes from.

    Btw i searched a lot on the web and i concluded that there is no problem to import posts with reviews from other sites, what happened to my website was a bad SEO plugin installed on it, i migrated to YOAST and the results are great
