I guess you wanted to talk about H2. It is ok. google loves content broken down into subtitles

As everyone else has already said, only use one H1 for your page title. Below that, you can (and should) break down your content further with H2 and H3 headings and subheadings (even H4 if necessary). You can use as many of those as makes sense for your content structure.

    Google SEO..

"Our systems don't have a problem when it comes to multiple H1 headings on a page," adding that using semantically structured headings does help Google understand your pages.

  • No, If there are multiple h1 tags on a page, this can confuse Google and it may have a negative impact on the keyword rankings.

The point is why you need to post more than 1 H1. You have option to use H2, H3 and so on. Though there's no harm, but its better to break headings in h1, h2 and so on.

      Why is it better?

NO. Only one H1 tag is good for SEO. And H1 tags and title tags aren't the same also.

Actually, you are allowed to use multiple H1 tag. It's just a recommendation to use it once on a page, but it won't really damage or improve your page score. Ideally - use H1 once, other H2, H3... multiple if needed, but not mandatory.

Only one H1 is good because if you enter more than then the search engine gets confused about what to read as H1 for your respective page.

IN H1 H stands for heading. If you use another heading after H1 it is so obvious that it is H2. So why are you discussing this...it is all about common sense.

Just be responsible on using h1 because spamming it on the content seems you want to manipulate something or you didn't even know what your are doing.

It does not harm or help your SEO either way.

As a few people have noted, Google does not have a problem with using multiple H1s (this is a relatively recent change by Google), however, a page has better structure if it is laid out as Main Topic, Sub Topic, Sub-Sub Topic, etc. It is more user friendly.

If you simply like the font size/style of your H1s better, change the font size/style of your H2s, H3s, etc. in your CSS file.

No, multiple H1 is bad for SEO. It could harm your SEO page.
Recommended: Keep only one H1 tag on a page as the main heading.
