I have a question about HTML-codes.

There is a strategti, that I guess averybidy kinda know, for seeing whixh keyword someone has used to his/her site.

You simple look at the html-codes for the page and find the line ""
Every keyword is separated by a "," but I have seen the sign "|"

    That looks like a mistake made by a new webmaster. The vertical bar is not a valid separator for keywords in the Keyword meta tag, it should be a comma.

    The keyword meta tag is not used consistently by all webmasters and the major search engines totally ignore the tag, so I wouldn't rely on it as an accurate indicator or which keywords the page is targeting.
