For me personally what worked pretty well real fast was on-page SEO.

When you find the right keywords and write your article arounds those keywords I ranked on page one on Google faster than I expected.

Right now I am looking to build backlinks for my off-page SEO, which seems much harder to accomplish.

For SEO I highlighted such key points.
    Correct Meta Headers
    Keywords.
    Unique and high-quality content.
    Correct URL configuration.
Backlinks, just do not buy them on exchanges, this is not good.

The best and fastest way to get good rankings is by setting up on-page SEO properly. Link building takes time, but isn't always needed if you NAIL the on-page part of the process.

Last year I got hit by a Google opdate that focused on duplicate content, which I had a lot of. I took me 2 months to clear out all duplicate content on all my domains - so simply copying text from one domain to another, is something that I do not recommend ;-)

  • Creating relevant search engine optimized content is usually the way to go.

On page and off page SEO strategies has to be implemented to rank well in search engines.

I've written content 5 years ago, that still ranks on the first page position currently, because Search engine optimization doesn't change much really, if your content is relevant to the keywords which your aiming to rank for.

So make sure you have the right keyword density in your content as well as in the title tag, H1, H2, H3, & H4 as well as website title tag, image title tag, meta title tag.

For me, On-page SEO and Social Media have given great results. We need to do proper keyword research, once you get your keywords, use them appropriately. Also, we know content is the king and it is increasingly working its way to the forefront of all digital marketing strategies, as it becomes a crucial element that gathers big rewards. Therefore writing good, fresh and useful content for your audience is also very much beneficial.
Also, social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter are very good platforms for building a strong relationship with your target audience and increase your brand awareness.

Get your on-page SEO right - domainname, url, metatitle, metadescription, H1-H5, internal links, external links. Then start linkbuilding on domains with a DA higher than 30 - That should do the trick :-)

If you are using DA to determine if a link is good or not, you are doing it completely wrong.
