Any idea how to fix Self Referrals in GA4?

I'm having an issue with Self Referrals in GA4, I have tried everything and I don't have a clue why they there.
It seems as all referrals come from my own domain.
I have used Tag Manager, then trying to fix the issue I have switched back to gtag.js but the problem is still there.
I'm using GA4 but also have old GA.
Any ideas or help will be highly appreciated.
