How to view and read page view numbers in the new Google Analytics?

I recently added the new tracking code for the new setup for GA. I've been having trouble understanding how traffic numbers are recorded. Any help would be appreciated.

    Go to analytics.google.com in your browser. Click the "View Report" link next to the website on which you desire to track page views and scroll down of the page and click the "View Report" link at the bottom of the "Content Overview" column. Click any page on the list to see a report analyzing the amount of time people have spent on the page.
