What is the best SEO strategy to get my website to rank No. 1

Hello,

I have launched a website to provide travel visa information and assistance services. The website was launched in July 2020 and on Aug 2020 I have optimized the landing pages content using SEMrush and created a blog. I also created couple of backlinks. This helped us to rank organically for about 600 keywords. However 3 months later the keywords started to disappear and positions were very late in google search.

I am about to improve the content quality again and have professional writers to do it this time. I would like this time to continue working on SEO and I need assistance to decide on the best SEO strategy that would help me to rank in the no. 1 page or perhaps a professional to manage it for me.

Additionally, would using software like GSA help at this stage to boost the domain and create a base for proper manual work.

Thank you in advance!

I think exist a lot of various strategy, you can use the special soft:
    1. Majestic
    2. Seo-Spider
    3. Build flexible link website profile
4, Generate content (texterro or something like that)
    5. Make internal optimization

Stop improving content quality... You need a sales page that converts and content that addresses issues your target audience is interested in.

And you need traffic. Most of your effort should go to getting traffic, traffic and more traffic.

For SEO, look into backlinko's skyscraper technique. It will help you a lot.

Same for Bruce Clay's silo structure for SEO article.

I hate to piss on your parade but all your efforts will be over the same way
your previous attempts to stay at the top has been ended as soon as G.
Algo will detect your long time presence where G. don't want you to be.

The only way you will survive at the top if you will run one step in front of
Google's determination to replace right to the point sites with spilled out
the cesspool refuse sites G. believes have more value than designed to be
useful and optimized to provide something people need with whatever G.
    believes they may want.

No, it won't but you surely will be getting more attention, traffic and possible sells.

You see, G. claims that paying for ads won't affect your SERP but then again,
you're doing something right. You somehow managed to get to the top and if
you continue to do whatever... you may get some success but as I've said it
could be short live one if you stop trying, experiment, test this and that, you'll
fail back because G. constantly evolving by implementing hard to follow changes.

Quote the people you are responding to, so they know you are responding to them.

You ranked for some 600 long-tail keywords because you were constantly adding content. Once you stopped putting out new content, you dropped down in ranks.

Why does your site exist? If to make money, all you needed was a sales, contact, about and privacy page and traffic.

Traffic means SEO, ads, joint ventures, etc.

But, now that you have all those pages, which ones are built around buying keywords? Rank one or more of those.

    Buying keywords:
How much does an Armonia wedding dress cost

    Wedding dress shops Las Vegas

Long sleeve ballgown wedding dresses under 1000

are typed usually by people who are looking to buy a wedding dress.

    Wedding dresses

    Princess Diana's wedding dress

    How are wedding dresses made

are typed by people who are not looking to buy a wedding dress or too early in the process to target.

I offer services to 100 different products ( travel visa services to 100 countries e.g. USA visa, UK visa etc..)

Each service has a landing page with customized content built around the most questions people look for and the main keyword itself being countryname+visa which has the highest difficulty.

The new content will be targeting easy and medium keywords with good search volume in order to have a better ranking and eventually help the difficult keywords to rank in first page as well. Will this be good enough? Am I missing something?

I understand from my research that I will need to support this on page SEO with a strong backlinks profile but so far I am unable to find the best strategy to do so on a bigger scale.

P.S I don't have an option to quote your message. I can only reply directly to your message.

Sounds like you're using modern view. Hover over your user name in the black toolbar at the top and select "View Classic" from the drop-down menu. Then you'll be able to quote individual posts and we'll all know who you're referring to.

For a great strategy look at Backlinko's skyscraper technique.

Get yourself interviewed and talked about.

Convince people with sites in related fields to link to you from inside an article on one of their main pages (or, at least, a page that they link to from several of their own pages).

Take a few minutes and look these up - https://wordpress.org/ With this CMS you purchase a domain and hosting where ever you want. Example GoDaddy, NameCheap to register domains. Set it up on a different hosting platform. Like Bluehost, Hostgator, siteground and multiple more places. If one hosting company goes bad, switch to another and you still own your domain. Plus multiple free and paid themes. Wide selection of plugins that not only help with seo, but keeping your site secure and more.

Now take a look at https://wordpress.com/ You will see multiple differences and are limited what you can do.

Then their are other forums of site builders WIX, Square, and morw.

The post being quoted sounded like someone, that heard something and just parroted the information. I'm not to big into SEO, Several good posters on the forum. At least one in this thread actually knows what they are talking about . Majority of the rest ......

I work in PPC and I'm not sure I've ever seen a business run their own PPC effectively. Then again, a lot of agencies don't either. Too many overworked offices with too many accounts taking a lot of short cuts.

Best advice I can give is to run it all mathematically. Too many clients let ego or gut feeling lead them.

Your conversion rate dictates the bid price of your keyword for the most part. Don't optimise to ad rank, it's a stupid way to burn your money. You might think you should be number 1 for your best seller, but if your conversion rate can't support it you can't effectively bid for it.

Also don't land anyone on a page they can't convert on Immediately. You'll seriously damage your conversion rate.

If you want SEO links, you need PR. The agency I work for sells PR and SEO combined and the effects can be huge. I've seen several of our PR stunts hit front page here and people have no clue that it's a PR agency and not the client themselves. Bloggers also don't write their own content, we feed them it for links. This includes site like the daily mail. We often have our PR posted on their websites with links.

Technical SEO is also a vital part that you never, ever should overlook. You need to ensure that your whole site loads on HTTPS then enable AMP for mobile, besides you should invest in Crawling software such as Botify and Deep Crawl. Don't forget to correct your semantic markups and in the last, fix 404 errors by redirecting URLs.

Considering your website is optimized in every way possible (on-page), then you need to focus on creating relevant backlinks. Guest posts from high authority domains are really powerful. I would not recommend doing black-hat methods, or spamming a bunch of low quality links.

"relevant backlinks"... what does it mean?
Is there any tool you know that can measure relevancy?

What if you have backlink from site listed in SERP in #1 place but it's related
to oranges but your site's subject are apples? Will you consider that backlink
as relevant or will dismiss it as not related to your type of produce?

      1. guest post.
What if post is coming from no-follow site? How that post can be helpful?

      2. high authority domains
Name 10 high authority domains that you or any of people you know would be
capable to employ to place backlinks to your site?

      1. black hat
We know it's working and G. doesn't have any objections
      What's wrong with that?

      2. low quality links
First of all "low quality" is an oxymoron.
Second, what is wrong if somebody is voting for your site with backlink?
As far as Google concerned, somebody in there making point by pointing
to somebody's site and acts on that information. Where is "low quality"

    1. Develop website structure based on your competitor's analysis and semantic analysis
    2. Create unique content for all your landing pages at least the same size and keywords density as top competitors
    3. Get a backlinks list of top10-20 competitors and try to replicate them: register free directories, forums, and so on.
    4. Monitor your Search Console for keywords and create guest posts or outreach with anchor backlinks. Only this kind of links will give you top rankings (except pbn)

You are not ranking for competitive keywords. As soon as you stop posting or reduce the frequency, your traffic will die out.

      Nay, nay, nay.

Google does not restrict your traffic; it ranks you. As fast as it can.
      In days.

Most people suck at SEO, at picking keywords. They end up #567. If Google only shows 340 results, they say Google did not rank them.

I had pages pop up anywhere from #2 to 200 days after I launched a site. I launched a few. Same thing every time. For some keywords I was nowhere in the beginning.

Did the sandbox affect only the hard keywords and the ones where I did not optimize well? Then, it's not a sandbox, is it?

In the past three weeks I have used organic search and click services and surprisingly keywords are starting to surface again. Would that be it?? Lack of traffic caused the keywords to drop?

I am already investing into high quality backlink and on site technical SEO so should I continue working on that or allocate the budget to the clickers?

There are several ways to increase your site rank. one of them is using the "Screaming frog" tool.

Screaming frog is a tool for tech improvement. And main ranking factors are quality content and the power of backlink profile. And how does SF help you with this?

Monitor SERP to answer your question. In common situation features of quality content: length, keyword density, headers structure, images, and video. At least you have to create content as good as your competitors

How can SF increase your rankings? You have to create quality content and get powerful backlinks to reach top positions. And SF is useless for this

By meta you mean meta descriptions?

If Google disagrees that your meta descriptions represent accurately what a page is about, it disregards the meta description. Instead, it scrapes a phrase or part of phrases and shows that in the serps description.

Why your titles are not showing, I have no idea.

There are really too many SEO ranking factors. Content is only one of them. If your website doesn't load properly, you will have a high bounce rate. Your website should have a good user experience and all that.

Don't work only on creating more content or re-writing it. Work on different other ranking factors. You can read about all the factors in Backlinko's blog. He's one of the best go-to sources for SEO

I would suggest use Google ads along with SEO.

Most of my projects that use these technique in tandem have seen huge difference both in terms of getting quality traffic while earning quick rankings.

Further, organic seo is a long term and consistent effort. All the seo efforts like backlinking needs to be done consistently. One of the best ways is writing informative, long articles and submitting them on good, High PR sites.

    Thanks!

1.Make sure your on-page SEO is good

    2. Start building Foundation Branding Back links: web 2.0, social profiles, social bookmarks, etc. (build out foundation back links by add content)

    3.Get some guest post

    4. Get Press release

I would start with these four steps first.

SEO take patience, perseverance, and the will to keep learning

What works for me is a PBN (Private Backlink Network).
I get new and expired domains, then use ARGO content generator to create the sites and from those sites i link to my main money site.
I keep extending the PBN with new sites and sofar ranks keep going up.
Another benefit is that these sites also get traffic, which send me additional customers to my main site.
