Website is removed from Bing again and again!

Hey there,
I hope you all are doing well.
There is a client of mine for whom I am doing SEO for one of his websites.
The website is indexed in Google and also ranked on some keywords, but it gets removed by Bing. Once I emailed Bing about the issue and I was told that it is under the spam list, but eventually, it was reindexed. Now again it has been removed and I emailed them again, but no response from their side.
Everything is fine in the website, the only issue is the speed of Website on mobile devices.
Can anyone recommend me any way forward for this issue. Thanks
