Hey just wondering from other peoples experience, do you find that ranking ezine articles (given the history and on-page factors) are normally quicker to rank for a keyword then creating a new site (using wordpress) and adding high quality back links to it?

  • I ditched EA a while ago. They take way to long approving articles. I use articlebase.com. They usually approve within a day or two. I have submitted quite a few articles now and sometimes they get approved in a few hours. My articlebase articles seem to rank higher as well. Sod EA, I say

    • Do a google search on any keyword and articles come up on the first page of google. Usually EA is within the top 7 listings on the first page. Yes EA takes a few days (up to 7 days) to approve an article but if you don't like the waiting time you can always upgrade your account.

I would still place my articles with EA even if it takes a few days. It is well wortth the wait as EA is the most visited article directory on the web. Also google loves EA. Plus is all about backlinks.

While waiting on your articles to be approved by EA you need to be posting your articles in other article directories like...

      1.) eHow.com
      2.) ArticleBase.com
      3.) AssociatedContent.com
      4.) GoArticles.com

Good luck my friend and I hope I was able to help.
